Shipping And Tracking

Ship and track specimens back and forth from offsite storage locations. Large bio-banks have offsite storage locations. The Shipping and Tracking module in caTissue  automates the process of sending, requesting and receiving specimens from the offsite storage location. The basic flow of the Shipping and Tracking feature is:

  1. Create a new shipment.
  2. Create a new shipment request.
  3. Process the shipment or shipment request.
  4. Create a shipment or request based on My List View.
